1. Who we are

LabsInvestors.com (the “Portal”) is operated by Labs Companies, Inc. (“Labs,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes what we collect through the Portal and how we use it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. What we collect

Access requests. When you request portal access we collect your holder class, first and last name, email address, phone number, and your Stock Certificate (Stockholder Number), Membership Certificate Number, or fund membership certificate number — the details Investor Relations and our legal team use to verify you.

Sign-in information. When you sign in we process the email and access code you present. Signed-in sessions are maintained with a secure session cookie.

Technical logs. Our infrastructure records technical data such as IP address, user-agent, and request timestamps, used for security (including brute-force lockouts), debugging, and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to verify investor identity, administer and secure portal access, deliver investor communications and documents, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Portal data for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

Verification details are reviewed by Investor Relations and our legal team. Information is otherwise shared only with the infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Portal (such as cloud hosting and email delivery services), and where required by law.

5. Cookies

The Portal uses only functional cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention and security

Session cookies expire automatically. Access requests and security logs are retained as long as needed for verification, the administration of your holding, and the purposes above. Stored information is kept outside the public web root with access restricted to Labs personnel with a need to know.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to access@labsinvestors.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
